Note

A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are essential. Only suitable for adults who engage in intense physical activity. Positive effects can be observed from a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. Creatine can enhance short duration, high intensity exercise performance.

May contain traces of: Crustaceans, milk (incl. lactose), soy, gluten.

Dosage & Preparation

Dissolve 3 g of powder (approx. 1 teaspoon) in at least 200 ml water or fruit juice. 1 portion a day, preferably before training. Make sure to drink plenty of fluids. We recommend drinking at least 2.5 - 3.5 liters of water a day when taking creatine on a regular basis.

Our creatine tip

We recommend mixing our Creatine powder with grape juice or other fruit juices before taking. Grape juice in particular contains glucose which causes an insulin spike in the body and allows creatine to be transported around the body and absorbed faster.
