I love it !

Good but with a weird taste?

I got the chocolate peanut butter flavour as I've found with most protein powders this is reasonably reliable and my favourite flavour, however, there seems to be a strange taste to the protein powder - probably from sweeteners used? Either way, I'm quite dissapointed. I got the 750g tub to last me a while and i'm not really enjoying the flavour so I'm going to have to find ways to make it taste a bit nicer.

Outside of this though, the texture and blendability (is that a word) is really good - probably the best I've seen from a protein powder for a while. I use unsweetened soya milk to blend with it, but I may mix this up to try and alleviate the weird perfume-y taste from the peanut flavour.
I will probably buy again, but get the vanilla or plain chocolate flavour.

gummy without taste

these are the worst protein pancakes I have ever tasted. they taste of absolutely nothing and very gummy. had been looking forward to tasting it.

If you like Strawberry Milkshakes look no further

Personally my favourite - sweet but good - A Whey Protein which really makes a difference and tastes lovely. Would highly recommend.

Ca se boit bien

Light and pleasant

I hade the chocolate coconut version and I liked the coconut chunks in it. It’s very light, that makes it suitable for shakes.

Tastes so good!

This is the nicest protein shake ever, coffee flavour is my favourite

Bestes Whey

Frequently Asked Questions
What is whey protein?

Whey protein is known for being readily available to the body and for its high essential amino acid content. These advantages make it the ideal protein after the physical strain of strength or endurance training. A supply of protein building blocks is important to accelerate protein synthesis, thus stimulating anabolic (muscle building) processes in the body. Whey Protein is gluten free by nature. Due to production factors, the product may contain traces of gluten.

Why should I use Whey protein by foodspring?

Whey protein by foodspring uses high-quality milk from predominantly plant-fed pasture cows as a raw material base. Not only is this grazing technique good for the wellbeing of the cow, it also plays a role in the quality of the milk. Compared to milk from cows kept in stables, milk from pasture cows contains more linoleic acid and also a higher proportion of Omega-3 fatty acids. Plus, the natural flavour means you can create your own personal flavours by adding fresh fruits or berries.

Why should I not buy cheap whey?

Cheap whey proteins tend to come from milk produced by factory farming. Despite strict food regulations, questionable residues can sometimes be detected in the milk as a result of contaminated animal feed. These can be transmitted to humans through food and can harm the body. Any unnecessary strain on the body has a negative impact on efficiency and muscle building in the long term.

What can I achieve by using whey protein?

Whey protein is especially suited to muscle building and muscle maintenance for strength and endurance training. Whey protein is best used directly after physical exertion. Moreover, Whey protein can be used to offset nutrient deficiencies caused by insufficient protein intake.

What are the advantages of steviol glycosides?

The Stevia plant offers the opportunity to create a highly valuable sweetener, the steviol glycosides, that offer more than just a sweet taste. Steviol clycosides are purified extracts of the stevia plant. They make it possible to avoid unnecessary carbs and do not effect the calorie count. This makes steviol glycosides far superior to traditional industrially-produced sugar.

Does Whey protein contain aspartame?

We are strongly opposed to the use of aspartame as a sweetener in all of our proteins. There have been numerous studies about the potential negative health effects of aspartame. Although current studies indicate that aspartame consumed in small quantities is not dangerous, we prefer to use other sweeteners in our products.
